Dr. Michelle Felden Makes Every Visit as Comfortable as Possible

Dr. Michelle Felden’s philosophy of care focuses on helping her patients achieve healthy and confident smiles. She is passionate about providing comprehensive care and takes the time to educate each patient on their dental health. Her goal is to make every visit as comfortable as possible, and her genuine care shines through in every appointment.

She is originally from Akron, Ohio, and became interested in dentistry after discovering it encompassed her passions for healthcare, science, and art.

Dr. Felden earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. She furthered her clinical training with a General Practice Residency at Summa Health Hospital in Akron, Ohio, where she gained valuable experience in both general and hospital dentistry, working alongside specialists to navigate complex dental cases. Following her GP residency, she moved to the Queen City and has been practicing for two years prior to joining Providence Dentistry. She is also a certified Invisalign provider and a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Dental Association (ADA), and the North Carolina Dental Society.

Outside the office, Dr. Felden enjoys an active lifestyle with her Cavapoo puppy, Penny. They love exploring North Carolina’s greenways, city streets, and hiking trails together. Dr. Felden also enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, practicing yoga, and discovering the best gluten-free restaurants in town. She treasures time spent with her family and recently embarked on her first international trip to Switzerland and Italy.

She looks forward to getting to know you while helping you achieve your best smile.

I don’t mind having a temporary crown, in fact that’s what I’m used too; and then getting regular crown later. Now a days crowns are done in the office with new technology, but with the new software I think Dr Irwin did the best she could. I’m glad if she wasn’t satisfied she wasn’t going to make it work. I’m OK waiting for new crown to be fixed off site. But; it was a long 3 hours with the whole ordeal. Mouth is sore; but I’m fine. I would recommend Providence Dentistry to my friends. Thanks We completed the crown today and it went well; with little or no problems. I feel good so far and Dr. Irwin did a good job. Tay her dental assistant also did a good job. I have a cleaning coming up on Nov1st. LETS DO IT!!!! My cleaning on the 9th was great with Emily. She does a great job!!! 12-3-24 I had a cleaning today with Emily and she was great. She is really the only one that cleans my teeth and I’m very satisfied with her expertise. She is also very personal and a nice person. 4/11/24 Had cleaning today and Emily was fantastic. She is personable, professional and kind. She knows her patients and remembers things about them, which always makes me feel good. I would recommend her to anyone, thanks Emily!!! Cleaning was good; Emily did good job. She observed an area that needs a filing. It will done in December at my next cleaning. 7/8/26 Cleaning good. Once again Emily did a good job. Emily makes that practice run smooth.

From front of house and how simple, easy and comforting it is to walk in and know you in good hands, start to finish. Maurie, was out to get me within just a few minutes of arriving!
