The patients absolutely think that we are caring and kind, enjoyable to be around from the front desk all the way through their cleaning appointment and any dentistry they have. People love the fact that we have a lot of updated technology so we don’t take impressions very much and we don’t make temporaries very often. We try to keep as much in the office as we can so that people don’t have to go to this office and go to that office so we can make most things in the office.
We have a 3D printer and the CEREC scanner and the iTero scanner for Invisalign and you can mill all sorts of porcelain in the office. The philosophy I guess is just to a patient-centered treatment. What is what is best for the patient and what does the patient want and thorough discussions to get to a good plan that works for them just to have an upbeat and customer service oriented office.

She will discuss your dental plan in detail so you understand the priorities on what should be done and when. I went to her new office quite awhile after she left my previous dental center. I now needed crown work for a broken tooth and another temporary crown and final crown after oral surgery and endontist root canal. Dr. Irvine referred me to an excellent oral surgeon and endodontist. My visit was justified and I prefer only her to plan for and provide the care of my teeth.
