The dental cleaning and x-ray “new” client experience was beyond 5 stars. I received a full review of my teeth x-rays and details on how to better my teeth and gum health. I am in my 60’s and had every 6 month cleanings for my whole life and never had such detail and direction. The management, office personnel, etc. are wonderful. Parking is plentiful and close access to the front door. They also offer, specific to their office, an insurance package that offers amazing discounts and free cleanings for those without dental insurance. Savannah and Dr. Irving get +5 stars as well! One visit and you will experience what makes Providence Dentistry stand above the rest.

Best dental practice I’ve been to in Charlotte. The hygienists are always friendly and thorough. Dr. Huh is an excellent dentist who goes above and beyond. They never rush to do expensive work and are always willing to try conservative measures if possible. The ladies at front reception are knowledgeable and always cheerful as well. This practice has changed my view on going to the dentist, I can’t recommend them enough.

He took the time to understand all of my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and answered every one of my questions thoroughly. What stood out the most is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He made sure I understood every step of the treatment process and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve never felt so heard, understood, and at ease in a dental office. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Thanks to Dr. Huh, I no longer dread going to the dentist, and I actually feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. Now a days crowns are done in the office with new technology, but with the new software I think Dr Irwin did the best she could. I’m glad if she wasn’t satisfied she wasn’t going to make it work. I’m OK waiting for new crown to be fixed off site. But; it was a long 3 hours with the whole ordeal. Mouth is sore; but I’m fine. I would recommend Providence Dentistry to my friends. Thanks We completed the crown today and it went well; with little or no problems. I feel good so far and Dr. Irwin did a good job. Tay her dental assistant also did a good job. I have a cleaning coming up on Nov1st. LETS DO IT!!!! My cleaning on the 9th was great with Emily. She does a great job!!! 12-3-24 I had a cleaning today with Emily and she was great. She is really the only one that cleans my teeth and I’m very satisfied with her expertise. She is also very personal and a nice person. 4/11/24 Had cleaning today and Emily was fantastic. She is personable, professional and kind. She knows her patients and remembers things about them, which always makes me feel good. I would recommend her to anyone, thanks Emily!!! Cleaning was good; Emily did good job. She observed an area that needs a filing. It will done in December at my next cleaning. 7/8/26 Cleaning good. Once again Emily did a good job. Emily makes that practice run smooth.
