Holly is a cheer mom from Oklahoma who moved to Queen City eight years ago. She devoted 12+ years of her life to dentistry, working both chairside and admin, hoping to positively impact patients’ lives. A few fun facts about her are that she loves watching rom-coms, going on food adventures, watching her daughter cheer, and spending time with her family and English bulldog.
Cynthia moved to Charlotte in 1989 from New York and has worked in medical administration, health insurance, and pediatric dentistry management. She returned in August 2019 to Charlotte after a two-year stay in Seattle and is excited to learn general dentistry. Cynthia has two daughters and one granddaughter in Wisconsin.
Nancy has 17 years of experience in the dental field and she loves the challenge of insurance verification. During her spare time, Nancy loves long walks on the beach with her family.
Heidi brings over 12 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. With a strong background in psychology and technical accounting, she excels in communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Beyond her professional career, Heidi enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends. Passionate about making a positive impact on society and the environment, she strives to incorporate meaningful contributions into both her work and personal life.
Autumn, a North Carolina native, began her healthcare journey at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte focusing on Medical Office Management and Administration. Starting in veterinary medicine, she recently transitioned to the dental field, bringing extensive experience in customer service, management and Human Resources. Autumn is dedicated to brightening smiles and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Heather graduated from York Technical College with an Associate in Health Science and major in Dental Hygiene. Heather has been practicing dental hygiene in Charlotte and Waxhaw for 18 years and started working for Providence Dentistry in March of 2016. In her free time, Heather enjoys being with family, hiking, camping, and kayaking.
Mauri completed a two-year dental hygiene program and graduated from Wytheville Community College in 2018. She became a dental hygienist because she likes to smile, and the first thing she notices is someone’s teeth. Mauri moved to Charlotte in 2020 and has been with us ever since. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, Platinum and Benji, hanging out with friends, and experiencing new things. She also likes playing recreational basketball and running.
Sara was born and raised in the Carolinas. She is the proud mom of UNC, APP State, and Weddington students. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, hiking, and playing in mountain creeks. Sara graduated from Central Piedmont in 2019. As the youngest of six children, she did not grow up with the financial means to receive preventative dental care. She has a passion for providing preventive oral health care to her patients and giving a heartfelt understanding to every patient. She loves creating personal connections with her patients while making each visit as pleasant as possible.
Emily is a native Charlottean who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology at UNC Charlotte. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene at AB Tech in Asheville. She has a love for learning and a passion for dentistry. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is building relationships with patients and helping them achieve a happy, healthy smile. Emily enjoys hanging out with her family and friends (especially her Scottish terrier, Sebastian). She loves to travel, is a self-proclaimed “foodie”, and loves guilty-pleasure TV shows.
Originally from Long Island, NY, Karen has spent most of her life in the Charlotte area. She graduated from Central Piedmont College and began her dental hygiene career in 1994. She loves helping people improve their smiles and oral health. She and her husband have two teenage boys and stay very involved in their activities.
Originally from eastern North Carolina, Sam has been in the Charlotte area for the last 13 years. She has been providing her patients excellent chairside care for over 12 years and enjoys making sure each of her patients have a great experience. In her free time, she likes exploring the outdoors and trying new restaurants around the city.
Aliyah spent most of her childhood in Delaware, where she attended Howard High School of Technology to pursue Dental Assisting. At the age of 16, Aliyah received her DANB license and was the first student to co-op in her class after excelling and landing her first-ever job prior to passing her Dental Boards. Aliyah enjoys educating patients and providing excellent chair-side manner during each visit. The drive to improve and grow is endless with her, and leaving a positive impact is always her goal. Dental assisting for her is about being selfless and compassionate. Aliyah grew up playing sports and being active! Free time for her looks like watching sports, doing nails, cooking with family, binging shows, and being a dog mom to Nyla.
Jamison is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but she grew up in Charlotte. She moved to Asheville, North Carolina after dental assisting school and worked at a small dental office for about 10 months. She got married, and her husband and she then moved back to Charlotte. She then started working at Providence Dentistry! In her free time, Jamison loves making blankets and watching movies. She also loves going golfing with her husband!

Residing in Charlotte, NC since 2001, Nu chose to pursue the dental field because she is passionate about making a difference in her patients’ smiles. On top of enjoying interaction and learning about her patients, Nu also enjoys the outdoors and loves exploring new places.
