The patients absolutely think that we are caring and kind, enjoyable to be around from the front desk all the way through their cleaning appointment and any dentistry they have. People love the fact that we have a lot of updated technology so we don’t take impressions very much and we don’t make temporaries very often. We try to keep as much in the office as we can so that people don’t have to go to this office and go to that office so we can make most things in the office.
We have a 3D printer and the CEREC scanner and the iTero scanner for Invisalign and you can mill all sorts of porcelain in the office. The philosophy I guess is just to a patient-centered treatment. What is what is best for the patient and what does the patient want and thorough discussions to get to a good plan that works for them just to have an upbeat and customer service oriented office.

Now a days crowns are done in the office with new technology, but with the new software I think Dr Irwin did the best she could. I’m glad if she wasn’t satisfied she wasn’t going to make it work. I’m OK waiting for new crown to be fixed off site. But; it was a long 3 hours with the whole ordeal. Mouth is sore; but I’m fine. I would recommend Providence Dentistry to my friends. Thanks We completed the crown today and it went well; with little or no problems. I feel good so far and Dr. Irwin did a good job. Tay her dental assistant also did a good job. I have a cleaning coming up on Nov1st. LETS DO IT!!!! My cleaning on the 9th was great with Emily. She does a great job!!! 12-3-24 I had a cleaning today with Emily and she was great. She is really the only one that cleans my teeth and I’m very satisfied with her expertise. She is also very personal and a nice person. 4/11/24 Had cleaning today and Emily was fantastic. She is personable, professional and kind. She knows her patients and remembers things about them, which always makes me feel good. I would recommend her to anyone, thanks Emily!!! Cleaning was good; Emily did good job. She observed an area that needs a filing. It will done in December at my next cleaning.

My only regret is that Dr. Moran is leaving the practice to relocate her residence. I have been her patient for almost 18 years and I will miss the excellent care she has given me.
