I was there today to get a crown replaced that fell off about two weeks ago, The team work was excellent and the commitment to scheduled appointment time is greatly appreciated. My only regret is that Dr. Moran is leaving the practice to relocate her residence. I have been her patient for almost 18 years and I will miss the excellent care she has given me. I look forward to developing the same relationship and confidence with Dr. Irvine. Entire staff was organized and friendly as well as professional. I was seen right on time of appointment. I recently visited Providence Dentistry and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Michelle Felden — and I couldn’t be more impressed. Her patient care was exceptional from start to finish. She checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable, paused whenever I needed a break, and clearly explained each stage of the procedure and what to expect next. Even though my “responses” were mostly muffled uh-huh’s and thumbs-ups, she still guided me through the entire process, and I felt completely informed the whole time.
